2. Privacy policy

When you purchase something form our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you gives us such as your name , address, and email address. When you browse our store , we also automatically receive your computer internet protocol ( IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and products and other updates.

3. Payment

All prices shown on the site are in Malaysian ringgit.

payment method - we accept the following credit card : VISA and Mastercard. Paypal users can also pay with their PayPal account. Malaysian can pay with local debit card or FPX transfer, e- wallet.

4. Cancellations policy

Order paid cannot be cancelled or transferred or no refund, once part / full payment has been made .
We will consider providing you with an exchange for an equivalent or higher value product or issue a store credit for your next purchase of the same or higher value.

5. Charges to your order

If you wish to change your order subscription, please do so by contacting us at WhatsApp +0125510504 . We will always do our best to make last minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes in relation to the delivery address and card massage that are reply 3 days before the intended delivery day.

6. Delivery policy

Our delivery are on Monday to Sunday , expect for any public holidays .
We will endeavour to delivery your order to the recipient address you have provided. However, there are times when this is not possible due to problems with the address information provided or due to problems our drivers encounter when attempting to deliver the order. It is therefore very important that you ensure that the recipient address you provide is accurate . And that you give us additional instructions to assist our drivers to locate difficult to find addresses

Delivery area - BEEWITHME florist only delivers within Penang at this moment.

Receipt of deliveries- you are responsible for ensuring that someone is at the specified location to receive the delivery. Flowers sent to business addresses and hospitals may delivered to a main reception; the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your recipient
For delivery to private condos and apartments, if no one is there to accept delivery, the item shall be left at the front door of the condo or apartment unit and will be deemed as having been delivered to the recipient. For private condos , if you have instructed us to deliver to the management office, the signature of any person in the manager office shall be deemed as proof of delivery to your recipient.

7. Flower availability and substitution

All products are subject to availability. in the event of any supply difficulties or if the flower we have received form our growers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, We reserve the right to substitute any product, without prior notice with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent ( or greater) value and quality.

8. Return and refund policy

We will ensure that the flower are in good condition when they left us . However, there may be occasions that the flowers are damaged in transit . As flowers are highly perishable items , We do not accept Returns. we offer customers refund only if the product arrives in more that 50% of the flowers are wilted or dead . any natural makes on flowers doesn’t mean un-fresh .

2. Order Policy

  1. Orders will only be confirmed after payment is received.
  2. Once an order has been successfully placed and accepted, we will send you an order confirmation email to the email address entered during the checkout process. If you do not receive this email, please contact the Customer Delight Team at beewithme1028@gmail.com

 

3. Cancellation

Orders paid cannot be cancelled or transferred or no refund, once part/full payment has been made.

 

4. Changes to your order

If you wish to change your order or subscription, please do so by contacting us at WhatsApp +60125510504 We will always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes in relation to the delivery address and card messages that are requested by (3) day before the intended delivery day.

 

5. Delivery policy

  1. Bee with me Florist operates and delivers daily from 10am till 5pm. We will only process your order upon receipt of payment.
  2. If you require urgent delivery or special arrangement, please do not hesitate to contact us at 012-551 0504
  3. Changing of delivery / pick up date can only be done 3 days in advance. There will be no refund once an order is confirmed.
  4. Delivery will have a time range of an hour from the time that you choose. We will do our best to match your time but estimate arrival time can’t be accurate subject to the traffic.
  5. Due to the current epidemic situation, delivery to hospitals can only be done at the entrance downstairs to collect. There will be certain rules & regulations for condos, apartments, or certain places, be assured that we will adhere to the rules and regulations of the receiver places and we will contact the receiver to collect if needed.

 

6. Return and refund policy

Bee with me will ensure that flowers are in good condition when they left us. However, there may be occasions that the flowers are damaged in transit. As flowers are highly perishable items,We do not accept returns. We offer customers refund only if the product arrives in more than 50% of the flowers are wilted or dead. 
Any nature marks on flower doesn’t mean un-fresh. 

 

7. Non Delivery 

We do everything we can to ensure our flowers are delivered. If for any reason we made a mistake and deliveries don’t turn up, (i.e. if your flowers have not arrived on their intended delivery date), please contact our customer care at  Whatsapp 0125510504 to inform us. We will send you a replacement on our next available delivery date, or a refund. If we offer you a refund, please note that banks generally take up to 10 business days to process and transfer the funds into your account. Some banks can take up to 15-30 days, or until your next billing cycle. BEE WITH ME has no influence over these timescales.

 

8. Adverse weather conditions

During adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain and flood), our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we will not issue a refund or offer re-delivery for the affected orders.

 

9. Substitution policy for flower and other inventory items availability

  1. The displayed product will differ slightly from the photos due to the unique nature of each arrangement, lighting contrast, and the photos being taken in a specific way, the final product might be slightly different from the sample.
  2. Certain types and colors of flowers are seasonal. If the selected flowers and color combination is unavailable at the time of the order, we will replace it with one of equal value or higher.
